According to the Government of the Russian Federation Decree from January 19, 1998, in case of detection of defects in the certain goods, which can’t be eliminated (food products, perfumes and cosmetics, household chemicals and other goods), the buyer has the right, at his choice, to demand the replacement of such goods with goods of appropriate quality or a commensurate reduction in the purchase price. The customer also has the right to refuse the purchased goods and demand for refund. In this case, the buyer, at the request of the seller and at his expense, must return the received goods of inadequate quality. Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days.

If manufacturing defect is detected, you can return the item to us. In this case, the product must retain its presentation and packaging. After the inspection, we will exchange the item for a similar product or refund you all the money spent on the purchase within 10 working days after the return. This obligation does not apply to products with defects and mechanical damage appeared after the purchase due to the customer’s fault.
We also refund the money to the buyer's account within 10 business days if the buyer made a preliminary payment by bank transfer and canceled the purchase before the order dispatch, or in the case when the order cannot be shipped due to reasons beyond our control.

If an item or jewellery does not fit or you don’t like it - we can exchange it for the same model in a different size or for another model with a similar price, if the presentation and packaging of the original product is safe. In this case, the customer can exchange the goods in our showroom or send the parcel by courier service within 3 working days after receiving the order.
