To receive an order from courier, the customer must present an ID. The goods can only be handled to the person indicated as the recipient of the order after 100% payment.
The customer can refuse to receive an order if tampering or the original packaging damage is detected. In this case, the customer has the right to check the integrity of the order in couriers presence. If the goods are missing or damaged during delivery, the customer together with the courier must fill in & sign the appropriate form.
If no damage to the branded packaging is detected, the customer has the right to open the package only after 100% payment & signing the receipt. The customer hereby confirms the fact of transfer and acknowledges that he has no complaints about the appearance of the order.
